Does it sway your opinion of the company you're applying for to have the disclaimer "[so-and-so company] is an equal opportunity employer"? Aren't all companies equal opportunity employers now?

Not at all, because I know that they'd hire me no matter what color I have or what I've got between my legs. I don't need a disclaimer.
