If this morning is any indication of how my day will go, I think I'll just go back to bed. There was no hot water and that was upsetting because I wanted to wear a skirt today and my legs are too hairy now. And Cory got mad at me for reading LJ. I don't know what to do about that. :(

You can't please all of the people all of the time. This statement was proven this afternoon when I read "The Velveteen Rabbit" to my seniors for "Story Time with Megan" and I was chewed out by one of the residents for reading nursery rhymes, and how much of a waste of her time it was. Ha.

It's hard - if I read grown-up short stories to them, the stories will mostly be depressing. Nobody likes hearing depressing stories. The happy stories are always stories geared towards younger kids.
