(no subject)

I just sent payment for my yoga class in the mail. I'm a little nervous, because I've never done a yoga class before and I'm not sure what to expect, and I'm also not sure what to wear. :D But it starts on the 22nd, I believe, so I have awhile to decide what kind of clothes I need. Heh.

Mike (Cory's friend) is coming over at 2 today. Cory bought a Discover magazine so he can do some homework and have something interesting and thought-provoking to talk to him about. He's such a dork. We read about quantum relativity or something last night - it was actually pretty interesting. Nothing I'd be able to really explain though - it went way over my head.

Mike (my ex boyfriend) had a baby on the 28th or so, apparently. We have a mutual friend who I still keep in contact with, and she told me. His name is Lennon Blake. I hope they're doing well - though Mike always told me he didn't want to have any kids, I hope he does now!

Forgot to say that I woke up at midnight (2 hours after I fell asleep) coughing up a lung and wheezing like crazy. I use the Primatene puffer thing and fell back asleep. But boy, I really hope this is allergies and not something worse. That's the only problem I have - today my allergies aren't all that bad except for a teensy bit of an itchy/runny nose, but from about sundown to sunup I have breathing problems. It has to be allergies.

Heh, I thought I was the only one that prepped for social encounters. Shortly before I visit with my grandparents down here, I try to get a healthy dose of NPR so I have some good material to talk about. Works every time.

Mr. Michael Nelson told us he was going to come visit, so Cory went out and bought Discover magazine so he could have some good science material. And then when Mike came, he didn't really care.

I used to plan trips around whether I could drive/park there comfortably. I didn't go downtown for a long time because I didn't want to parallel park. I'm not as bad as all that anymore, but I'm still worried about underwear lines under my yoga pants.
