(no subject)

Well, I caved and am now a Pioneer woman (the only thing close to a costume I have) for Halloween. I could walk to work in the under-30-degree weather and still not be cold, I have so many petticoats on. (Well, just three really.) I'm even wearing a corset. Go me and my historical accuracy! (Ha, with a zipper up the back of my dress and up the sides of my boots.)

I just sneezed and the safety pin on my petticoat waist opened. Ow. Cory's helping me now.

I think I forgot to mention yesterday that Cory's coworkers are throwing us an engagement party at AJ's in Corvallis. Should be interesting, since neither of us know them very well. But yay for some time off work!

Lunchtime!

I just changed back into "real" clothes. OH MY GOSH it felt so good to get out of that corset. Ahhhhhhh.

Now for some soup and a snippet of daytime TV.

My hands are dry even after putting lotion on. :(
Cory's burned out so he doesn't want to help me with the web site and I don't blame him. :(
Despite the wind, the jack-o-lanterns are still lit! :)
I have a headache. :(
I'm tired of chocolate. :)
(By the way, that last one was a happy one because I need to stop eating chocolate.)
