I was on my way out of the elevator with my latte, like I do almost every day, and I DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR. It was almost full and it went everywhere. I was hoping that since it wasn't a high-traffic area, nobody would notice and I could clean it up myself. I called the janitor and was up getting more paper towels when Xander came and helped me clean it up. Butterfingers.

Jan. 31st, 2003 06:03 pmOK, gimme ideas to make money besides at "real" work. I've thought about babysitting (hah, I feel like a teenager) but I don't know anybody with kids. I've thought about selling crocheted stuff, which is feasible, but it's a lot of effort for not much money. (Speaking of... if anyone wants me to crochet them anything... :)
I also thought about getting a weekend job, but with the recession on, I don't know if that'd work well either. I'm not meaning to shoot ideas down... and I'm not looking for a get-rich-quick thing, either. I just need a little bit of money here and there.
Along the same lines, I think Donnita and I are going to write a proposal to see if we can get another raise - we're at the lowest pay grade in the company and we shouldn't be, with all the stuff we do.
