In other news, Cory's on day 3 of quitting smoking. He's doing really good, but it's hard, and it's showing. I'm proud of him, and y'all should be too.

Mar. 21st, 2003 06:50 pmCory and I were talking today about how some of the protesters targeted the World Trade Center downtown, putting acid on the windows and otherwise vandalizing the buildings. We thought it was interesting that the people who want peace are destroying the World Trade Center. And we decided that people like that are no better than terrorists and will be thought of with the same disgust.

Mar. 21st, 2003 09:36 pmJust saw Signs. If you want to watch it too, go rent another move and watch the preview for Signs, because the only good parts were in the preview. I started out thinking "hmm, this is boring..." and then in the middle I thought "finally, it's starting to get interesting," but shortly after I realized that it really was boring. And not believable at all. And there was no point. And no underlying moral or spiritual message, like the director is gushing about in the Making Of story that Cory's watching. Heh.
