(no subject)

Cory just turned on his music and put on his headphones. It always makes me sad when he does that - it means I have to fall asleep all by myself, because he'll be working far into the night.

I ought to finish the papasan cover I made. I ought to start crocheting the lamb for my coworker's baby, who's due on Halloween, because she went into premature labor (which stopped, thank goodness) and is on bedrest for a week and a half now.

The starlings are back. I was so happy to not hear them all summer, but yesterday we heard the screeching again. Urf.

Off I go now, I suppose...
