(no subject)

Trout just ate a huge amount of metallic ribbon. Well, huge for her, I guess. She ate a couple of inches of ribbon with wire on it earlier too. Stupid cat. I tried pulling the last of it out of her throat just now but I didn't get much. What is it about metallic ribbon and tinsel and stuff that makes it irresistible to cats? I'm gonna have to watch her for a day or two to make sure she passes it. Argh.
