Nov. 8th, 2005 05:54 amIt's coooooold out there. I think I might wear my turtleneck to work. I'm always worried I'm going to overheat but I think I'll be safe today. It's only supposed to get up to 50.
Roto Rooter is coming later this morning to fix the clogged drain. I seem to remember the maintenance man mentioning that it happens every year or so, the drain getting clogged. Last time he was here it was because the sink in the laundry room plugged up and they had to unplug it through our apartment. Hopefully he replaces the pipes underneath too so that they don't leak anymore. That would be nice.
I called and left a message for the people who own the little apartment in Philomath. I'll probably call again tonight if I don't hear from them, but they don't seem to be too excited to answer their phone. Kinda have to if you want to rent out your apartment though, eh?
My boss will be gone today. Perhaps I'll take my crocheting and some music. It's always so slow when she's not around to give me jobs.
Time to get dressed.
