My first day of classes went fine. I wasn't worried, but it still went fine. Oh, except for the fact that I can't test out of my numeric keyboarding class and therefore have to work through all the homework and stuff instead. Boo. But I got my first week's workload finished in less than half an hour.

In-between classes I had just enough time to run across the parking lot to Baja Fresh and grab a burrito and eat a third of it before I had to run to my law class, and at the restaurant I ran into my accounting teacher, who broke the news to me that she was bumped by a full-time teacher who has seniority and had to cancel his other class because there weren't enough students signed up for it. It made me sad - I really liked my accounting teacher.

And then my law teacher ended up being someone else too. He looks super young but he can't be because he graduated from law school. And he has kind of a lisp.

...and I just realized I left this all day and didn't post it. Whoops.

(no subject)

I was looking foward to a nice break tonight between work and choir, but my boss and I ended up going to Home Depot to pick out flooring and vanities for the bathrooms and hallway that are being ripped up and replaced. And we took too long and didn't end up getting back and unpacked and ready to leave until 6. So I'm sitting here for three minutes trying to cool off so that I can get back in the car and drive to campus and have choir.

At least tomorrow there's only one short class and then some wine with my old coworker. I hope she doesn't mind that my house will be messy.
