Well, the summer is officially over. I guess it was pretty much over when I woke up to 20-degree weather a few mornings in a row, but now it's dark dark dark, and rainy rainy rainy. I love it. There are puddles everywhere. My car's back bumper isn't covered in dirt anymore. I don't have to push the recirculate button in the car when I start driving down the dirt road because there's no dust anymore. The trees don't look so pretty as they did in the bright sunshine, but my skin was really suffering and I'm ready to have a little more moisture in the air.

I love this weather!

It's D-Day. The test that I bombed last week is going to be retaken in a few minutes. I'm nervous, even though I pretty much know my stuff. I think I even figured out how to figure the unamortized premium/discount in my bond amortization schedules using the interest method, which isn't covered in the book but is a question on the homework and the test. It actually turned out to be pretty easy, if I did it right. So as soon as the classroom clears out from the last class, I'm going to check my homework answers to make sure I'm good, and then I'm going to take two tests. Luckily the second one is easy, and I can even have a page of notes on the 13 ratios that the teacher doesn't expect us to know.
