Woke up to more pretty snow on the ground. I'm a little bit worried about driving, but I should be OK. Hopefully by then most of the streets will be clear. We shall see.

I'd love to wear my turtleneck today. I think if I did, I would roast. So I'll wear something else. That poor turtleneck never gets to see any action.

I know you were all holding your breath, waiting for a sign that I made it to work OK.

It was pretty slick but I kept control of the car pretty easily, and went about 20 most of the way. I was concerned about the two hills between Corvallis and Philomath, and sure enough on the second hill everybody stopped. I was SO glad I ended up on top of the hill instead of on the incline. The guy behind me wasn't so lucky and he had a heck of a time trying to get his car to go once we were started again. Apparently some of the people had been stopped for ten minutes, but I only had to deal with it for about three.

So everything's OK. You can breathe again.
