Last night after we turned out the lights, Trout took a little while to get to bed herself. And when she did, she jumped up onto the bed right at the level of my face. In fact, she stepped on my nose/lips/forehead with her front paws when she landed, which startled her so she clawed me and jumped off. This morning I have four little scratches - two on my upper lip and two on the bridge of my nose - from our altercation.

Today feels like Friday. I think it happens every Wednesday, and I figured out why: it's because I have busy days on Monday and Tuesday.
