Redmond

I took tomorrow off, so as soon as Cory is finished with work at noon, we will be going to Redmond to visit Mom and Dennis (as well as a museum and a brewery and perhaps a lava tube or two). We had plans to go to Redmond last July, but Remmy died that weekend. The last time we were both at Mom's house, we weren't married yet and had to sleep in separate rooms. So it's been a long long time.

We're planning short trips to the McMenamins in Bend, maybe the Lava Tubes, the High Desert Museum, the Deschutes Brewery, and maybe window shopping at the Old Mill. And a bit of time on the deck, looking at the wrong side of the Cascade mountain range. Sounds relaxing and quiet and nice.
