Oct. 11th, 2007 05:02 pmIt's starting to get cold downstairs in the mornings! I remember coming downstairs just a few weeks ago and it was always warm and stuffy because the windows were closed. But now I have goosebumps.
Yesterday I opened my mailbox and found a surprise!
It's so pretty! I was very vain yesterday and carted it around to show all my coworkers. The log buyer said "my grandma would be very proud of you!" - and was serious about it, not like many people closer to my age, who would have said the same thing jokingly. (have I ever told you that my nickname in college was "Grandma" because I was always crocheting? I had to crochet a bikini to get them to stop.) Hah.
