(no subject)

Though I take a shower without my glasses (of course), I can still see decently enough to notice (several times over the last few months) one lone gnat who flies around over the bathtub close to the walls. He dallies up close to the ceiling sometimes, or down closer to my level... and I have no idea where he came from or how many of them there have been (for surely they can't last that long). But they're not doing me any harm so I let them stay. Besides, they dodge the splashes I've aimed at them.
