CSA Week 3

It's week three of our farm share. On the menu this week:
Rainbow Chard
Chinese Cabbage
Butter Lettuce
Strawberries
Radishes
Cukes
Purple Potatoes
Carrots
Walla Walla Onion

We had some of last week's cucumber with our salad tonight, and used up some of the cabbage and lettuce. There was a smooshed daddy longlegs between the leaves of the cabbage - eww. Sometime this week I'll be making radish top soup - I'll let you know if it's any good.
