(no subject)

I'm at the dentist, crocheting I'm the waiting room while Cory gets examined. He was nervous so I told him I'd sit with him; and he should be done right around the time I have to go to work. One of the dental assistants reminds me of my friend Jan: same height and build, same sense of humor, even her voice sounds kind of the same. And then I heard someone call her Jan! I wonder if I would notice if I ran into my doppelgänger - or if I wouldnt think we were similar.

I hear a weird grind-y squeaky sound in the other room. I hope the dentist is working on the other girl who came in when we did.
