Homemade Dryer Balls: looks a lot cheaper than the $18 ones I bought awhile back. They'd be pretty with lots of scrap yarn tied together.

Eww, ovulation!

So, I just read this really interesting news story about how scientists have finally gotten some really good pictures of ovulation. I've always wondered what people eggs look like! Now I know they look like gelcaps. :D

When I opened the crisper to put the lettuce in, there was already half a head of lettuce in there! I thought we'd eaten it all. Oops.
