I'm having a bad skin day. I don't know if it's because of hormones or changing face soap, but I've got red dots all over and I'm not wearing makeup because when I left my face was still red from running and it masked my dots. And now my face is pale again and the dots are making me look like I'm 16. I must go home for lunch and fix. Eww.

Well, for awhile I was using Neutrogena Deep-Clean, because my mom liked it, but my skin wasn't ready for the salicytic acid or whatever is in it. So then I started using Noxema Daily Exfoliator, and now I'm finishing that bottle and starting on Clean & Clear Morning Burst stuff.

And these are post-zit spots, and I just finished ovulating, so I think that might have something to do with it. :)
